Vision and Mission

Palms Deaf Church (PDC) is a faith community that looks to God’s guidance to inspire action and provide a safe space for people of all backgrounds, lifestyles, and ages, including the Deaf, hard of hearing, deaf, blind and hearing people, to experience God’s love and share it with others, as part of God’s plan.

Congregational Leadership

Palms Deaf Church (PDC) focuses on empowering the Deaf community in Florida into leadership positions and recognizing the gifts that God gave each person to build a better community. The church also looks for ways in which they can better serve the community and show the love of God in their actions. The foundation of all they do is to look for a leader who has a relationship with God, pays attention, is observant, prays, has an open mind and heart, gets involved, and empowers others.

Sermons and Messages

Palms Deaf Church uses messages and sermons to help people learn more about God, themselves, and others and to inspire faith into action with and on behalf of God. They use this time together to consider questions about the story, its importance, and the steps God wants them to take next, and they learn from different perspectives on how to support one another within the community by exploring the Bible and the purpose and journey.
