Palms Deaf Church is located in central Florida however, we work with churches throughout the state together to meet the needs of the Deaf community.

Statistics reveal a startling reality: 98% of the Deaf community remains unchurched. However, Palms Deaf Church and our partners are working to bridge this gap in Florida and beyond. We provide worship services and community throughout central Florida, and work with partner churches to help reach the Deaf community throughout the state. Want to learn more?

Level One offers flexibility for each congregation to express their backing and collaboration. It could be as simple as allocating a line item in your congregation budget or a routine special offering to help sustain Palms Deaf Church. It might also mean inviting us to visit and worship with your congregation. Pastor Lori will preach or lead a workshop or a study group.

Level Two transcends the boundaries of a Level One with a deeper partnership. It involves not only possible financial support but also an increased engagement between your congregation and the Deaf community within your local community with the Palms Deaf Church vision.
Ways To Help
- Invite Pastor Lori to present to your congregation
- Host a special Deaf worship service for your congregation
- Allow space for small groups to worship together using online resources
Level Three represents the highest level of partnership. Level Three invites your congregation to gradually dive into your direct congregation ministry with the Deaf. It encompasses a commitment that includes nurturing the growth of Deaf leadership within your community so that many from the Deaf community might just become members of your congregation. It will also involve direct investment of people in your congregation with a heart for the Deaf community. Partner congregations might even acquire a synod parish deacon who can focus his/her ministry on the Deaf community having known or even learning ASL.
Ways To Help
- Conduct ASL classes for your congregation members
- Recruit members of the Deaf community to participate in remote small group worship services
- Work with Palms Deaf Church to serve as a host site for regional Deaf worship services
