The Gospels in ASL

LUMO (https://www.lumoproject.com/) is a biblical resource that was created to transform the way in which people engage, discover, and study the life of Jesus through the Gospels, and to resource ministries seeking to promote global biblical literacy. The movies created by the Lumo project provide visual backdrops for the Gospel.

These visual representations of the Good News are perfect for people who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, and DeafChurch.org has partnered with the LUMO Project to create ASL interpreted versions of the videos to make available online.

Deaf Church will be working to create ASL translations of each of the four gospels. Once available, they will be posted here. If you would like to help build this library of videos, please contact Lori Fuller. We can use help with creating planning documents, reviewing ASL translations, and more!
